New Nest Before Reno

This is the current condition of the unit and current owner has done their renovation about 2 yrs+ ago. We will be tearing down every pieces and hack away the wall in between the current hall and the only bedroom.

It will be a full overhaul for this place with our own design and layout.

Our sweet old nest @Jurong West

After staying 9 years in the West, we had decided to downgrade to a smaller unit in a more centralise area. We hve started searching for an ideal unit since then through advertisement in the website and newspaper.

Chances came upon when my housing agent was having a roadshow near the market in one of the Saturday morning. After some quick enquires during the conversation, she offered to drop by at my place to do a very simple valuation on my old nest.

Things get started rolling after the official valution has been done with satisfraction and an open house was arranged by our housing agent on one Sunday afternoon. Despite of heavy downpour on that day, groups of viewers arrived continuously within the 2 hours time frame.

At last, we have decided to take up an offer from a lovely family of five, and at the same time, we are very happy to have found our next nest near Commwealth MRT and it's also within walking distance to my in-law place.

Now, we simply can't wait for the purchase transaction to be completed and to start off with our renovation asap.
